ISLAMABAD: The federal government has appointed Dr Muhammad Fakhr Alam Irfan as the new chief secretary of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), according to an official notification.
The appointment will take effect immediately and remain in force until further orders, the notification stated.
