MUMBAI: The Avantika Malik divorce has come into focus after Avantika opened up about the end of her marriage to Bollywood actor Imran Khan, revealing that he was the first to suggest taking time apart.
Speaking on Soha Ali Khan’s YouTube channel, Avantika reflected on their relationship, which began when she was 19. The couple married in 2011 and share a daughter, Imara.

During the conversation, Avantika was asked who initially raised the idea of separation. She said Imran had suggested it first, adding that she would not have initiated the step herself.
