Addressing a recent graduation ceremony in Quetta, Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti emphasized that Balochistan Youth Empowerment is essential for steering the younger generation away from exploitation by anti-social elements and toward legal, productive avenues.
He stressed that special emphasis is being placed on uplifting female graduates, ensuring that empowered women pave the way for broader societal progress.
Under these new policy frameworks, the administration has pledged long-term financial assistance and modern technical backing so that local graduates can stand firmly on their own feet.
