QUETTA: PML N Balochistan General Secretary and Member of National Assembly Jamal Shah Kakar expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for allocating thousands of jobs while raising a strong demand that Jamal Shah Kakar demands expansion of federal job quota for Balochistan youth to thirty thousand positions.
Addressing the media, Kakar commended the federal government for reserving 9,000 to 10,000 positions in federal departments exclusively for the youth of Balochistan.
However, he urged the Prime Minister to enhance this allocation to 25,000 to 30,000 jobs to effectively address widespread unemployment and alleviate long-standing grievances in the region.
He stressed the importance of ensuring strict merit, transparency, and equal representation across all districts.
Additionally, Kakar called for special educational scholarship programs, free higher education opportunities in other provinces, and a vocational training initiative under NAVTTC for 5,000 to 10,000 youth to facilitate overseas employment.
He expressed hope that the announced Prime Minister Package for Quetta would be implemented soon, reinforcing why Jamal Shah Kakar demands expansion of federal job quota for Balochistan youth to thirty thousand positions.
