Gold Price in Pakistan Jumps Again

ISLAMABAD: Gold prices increased across Pakistan, with the price of one tola rising by Rs900 as international rates recorded another gain.

In the international bullion market, gold prices increased by $9 per ounce to reach $4,183. The rise in global prices was reflected in local bullion markets, pushing gold rates higher across the country.

According to the reported rates, the price of gold per tola increased by Rs900 to reach Rs440,836.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold rose by Rs771 to Rs377,946.

The latest increase comes amid fluctuations in international gold prices, which influence rates in Pakistan’s local bullion markets. However, other economic factors can also affect gold prices.

The changing rates remain important for people planning to buy gold jewellery as well as those considering gold as an investment. Buyers preparing for weddings and other occasions may need to spend more following the latest increase.

Consumers are advised to check the prevailing rates for both one tola and 10 grams before making a purchase, allowing them to plan their budgets accordingly.

The final price of gold jewellery may vary depending on the weight and purity of the gold, as well as additional making charges.
