QUETTA: In a landmark step toward modernizing governance and ensuring absolute transparency, the Government of Balochistan has officially introduced an advanced AI Testing Service System for public sector hirings.
The cutting-edge digital recruitment initiative, covering positions from Grade 5 to Grade 15, aims to eliminate human intervention, prevent nepotism, and guarantee a level playing field for deserving candidates across the province.
Reiterating his unwavering commitment to meritocracy, Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti emphasized that the provincial government is dedicated to reshaping the employment landscape. He asserted that the youth of Balochistan will secure government positions strictly on the basis of capability, competence, and merit rather than through personal influence or sifarish (nepotism).
Balochistan Introduces AI-Based Testing System for Transparent Recruitment
The initiative aims to promote transparency and fairness through the complete digital processing of applications, verification of candidates’ credentials, and automated testing to eliminate potential bias. It will ensure equal, merit-based employment opportunities for qualified candidates from both urban centres and remote areas, allowing everyone to compete fairly.

Additionally, the digital transformation seeks to modernise public sector administration by adopting contemporary technological standards, improving operational efficiency, strengthening accountability, and building greater public trust in government institutions.
