During the initial probe by the Delhi Police’s Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Nora Fatehi stated that her interactions regarding the matter were strictly conducted through Chandrashekhar’s wife. Legal experts note that being summoned as a prosecution witness pertains to providing evidence and does not imply that the actress is an accused in the ongoing criminal proceedings.
